Our service
We remove dog and cat waste from accessible outdoor areas of residential gardens. We do not provide lawn mowing, landscaping, pressure washing or garden disinfection.
Subscriptions and billing
Weekly (£69) and Fortnightly (£55) plans are charged per calendar month and provide weekly or fortnightly visits throughout the year. Prices are based on standard residential gardens; larger gardens, multiple pets or significant build-up may need a personalised quote, and an initial clearance charge may apply.
Cancellation
[Owner to confirm notice period.] You may request cancellation at any time; it takes effect in line with the notice period confirmed before purchase.
One-off cleans
One-off cleans are available on Fridays from £30. A booking request is not confirmed until we have agreed the final price and appointment with you.
Appointment changes
We will tell you as early as possible if we need to change a visit. Please let us know if you need to rearrange.
Garden access and pet safety
Please provide safe access to your garden and keep pets indoors or secured during visits. If we cannot safely access the garden, the visit may be marked as unable to access.
Weather
We aim to operate year-round where conditions are safe. If severe weather prevents a visit, we'll contact you to rearrange.
Waste disposal
Waste is bagged and placed in your own household general waste bin, subject to your local council's rules. Please let us know if your council does not permit this.
